Supply Chain Executive

Basic Salary + AWS + VB Location: Jurong Island Multinational Organization Job Requirements: Process and acknowledge customer sales orders accurately and promptly Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules and quality standards Manage shipping schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines Address and resolve transportation or logistics issues to minimize delays Evaluate and negotiate with logistics providers to optimize costs and performance Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, import/export requirements, and internal policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all supply chain and logistics activities Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support parallel runs during ERP implementation Verify baseline accounting and financial data before system migration Coordinate data entry and testing with sales, purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams Support team members on the new ERP system post-implementation Requirements: Possess minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent / Supply Chain Management equivalent discipline with at least 2 years related working experience Experience in manufacturing environment is a must We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
