Experience selling Cloud products. Experience with content creation and narrative development. Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals. Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space. Ability to define/execute GTM processes, analytics, and reporting to scale the business. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver a business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and board levels. About the job As a Global Practice Architect for FSI at Google Cloud, you will drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by designing and managing end-to-end plays including a comprehensive bills of materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to develop, implement, and refine scalable solutions aligned with business goals, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs. Own the construction and implementation of GTM FSI plays for specific product portfolios. Drive strategic decision-making using analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and GTM plans with company strategy to achieve growth in FSI. Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM FSI blueprints across industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, and compensation, collaborating with practice leads to balance efficiency and growth. Oversee the GTM FSI portfolio, monitor business performance, diagnose issues, and recommend new approaches based on data-driven insights. Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to practice leads to inform alignment.
