Today, some of the largest pharmaceutical firms in the world use our enterpriseplatform for their clinical trials. We are seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development specializing in
strategic outreach and
the end-to-end sales cycle within the life sciences industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of our AI-driven eClinical solutions through driving consistent momentum and ensuring every opportunity is advanced with urgency and precision. Key Responsibilities: Invigorate sales efforts by identifying prospective contacts within biopharmaceuticals and CROs. Consistently expand sales funnel through tailored outreach and clearly portraying value proposition to target audiences. Own the entire sales journey - relentlessly generating and advancing leads, managing every stage of the pipeline, and closing deals with focus, urgency, and strategic precision. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and share opportunities on a regular basis. Represent InnovoCommerce at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Commute to the office when necessary for in-person collaboration. Qualifications: 6+ years in B2B eClinical SaaS sales with proven success in exceeding quotas Deep eClinical domain expertise, including understanding of pain points and relationship-building with Director+ in sponsors, CROs, etc. Experience in sales process automation across lead generation, messaging outreach, etc. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey capabilities & product value in business terms. Self-starter with a hunter mentality – this role needs to operate with a fast-paced, high-growth mindset. Why InnovoCommerce?
