Manufacturing Assembler – Medical Device (Day Shift)

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Pay Rate:
$25–$27 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Position Overview A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking
experienced Manufacturing Assemblers
to support production of high-precision devices used in life-changing healthcare applications. This is a hands-on, cleanroom-based role requiring a sharp eye for detail, excellent dexterity, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. This opportunity begins as a
temporary position
with strong potential to convert to
full-time employment
, based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Assemble small, intricate components into finished medical devices using hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes Work within a
controlled cleanroom environment
(69–73°F) while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and
GMP-compliant documentation Perform tasks requiring
fine motor skills
, including adhesive application and visual inspection under a microscope Participate in
laser welding operations
(training provided; prior experience a plus) Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes Communicate quality or process issues clearly and promptly to the Production Lead Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement efforts Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be accepted 3–5 years of experience in
medical device assembly
or similar regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred Prior experience using
microscopes and handling small parts
is required Familiarity with
GMP
,
good documentation practices
, and
