Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Strategy Location: Dallas, TX Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) w/match, Holidays, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Travel: up to 50% Domestic Travel (To Headquarters in KS) Sponsorship is not available Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Strategy Description Our client, a U.S.-based manufacturer, is seeking a Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Strategy to lead enterprise pricing strategy and end-to-end supply chain operations. In this leadership role, you will own procurement of direct and indirect materials, vendor risk management, supply planning, master production scheduling, and inventory control—driving revenue growth, cost reduction, and supplier performance. The role partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to build accurate BOMs, set market-competitive prices, and ensure on-time, complete, and compliant deliveries. You’ll implement best-practice procurement and supplier performance systems, monitor market and cost trends to protect margins, and develop strategic alliances through audits, vendor summits, and data-driven KPIs. You will be supported by cross-functional experts, executive sponsorship, and established ERP tools to accelerate decision-making and operational excellence. Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Strategy Responsibilities •

Develop and execute pricing strategies for products and services, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness •

Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to accurately determine costs, set pricing, and maintain updated Bills of Materials (BOMs) •

Lead supply chain strategy, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory planning. •

Implement best practices in procurement, supplier performance measurement, and vendor development •

Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and risks to maintain healthy margins •

Oversee supplier audits, vendor summits, and strategic alliance development •

Report on supplier performance, merchandise costs, and key performance metrics to leadership •

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, complete, and compliant deliveries Director of Pricing and Supply Chain Strategy Qualifications •

7+ years in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment required •

Experience building data-driven estimating models to improve margins required •

Experience in a leadership role with proven success in managing cost performance required •

Advanced MS Excel proficiency required [VLOOKUPS, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.] •

Must be willing to travel up to 50% to HQ in Kansas
