Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, this position is responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of the health system supply chain, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, inventory control, vendor management, freight, safety, product recalls, and budget management.

Full Time Essential Responsibilities / Duties Oversee supply chain operations across all health system campuses; implement and maintain inventory controls in inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals. Utilize key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions; set targets and measure outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead and motivate diverse teams; attract, recruit, and retain talent; provide mentorship for career growth. Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory, distribution, and procurement strategies to enhance resilience. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, policies, and procedures. Create and maintain a healthy, supportive work environment with clear standards and expectations. The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work assigned. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Preferred certifications include APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD; ISM CPSM; or similar. Experience 10+ years in logistics, inventory management, or procurement; healthcare experience preferred. 7+ years supervisory experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and meet financial goals. Extensive knowledge of procurement, inventory management, forecasting, warehouse operations, and logistics, including current trends. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with ERP systems. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies; Lean or Six Sigma training preferred. Note:
