Pharmaceutical Sales Data Management Specialist (Contract) 26061

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Data Management Specialist to support commercial operations by managing, analyzing, and streamlining sales data processes. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical datasets, CRM platforms, and data ticketing systems, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales Operations, Data & Technology Enablement (DTE), and field teams to monitor and resolve IQVIA data inquiries Track, document, and communicate outcomes of data inquiries across teams Develop and manage a ServiceNow ticketing process for commercial data questions Implement business processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency of data resolution Partner with Sales Ops, DTE, and Sales Leadership to standardize workflows and data handling procedures Support quarterly target refinement and data validation processes Qualifications & Skillsets 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (e.g., Xponent, DDD) Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM platforms Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL for data querying and analysis Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Contract position with possible extension
