Sales Data Management Specialist
to join their team in

Responsibilities Partner with Sales Ops, DTE, and field teams to monitor IQVIA data inquiries, and track, document, and communicate inquiry outcomes Develop, monitor, and manage ServiceNow ticketing process for commercial data questions Develop and implement business processes to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of commercial data questions and resolutions Partner with Sales Ops, DTE, and Sales Leadership to develop workflows and standardized processes Support quarterly target refinement processes
Required Skills & Experience Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (specifically Xponent, DDD) Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, CRM management Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL Experience with Excel & VBA Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical answers for a non-technical audience
