As a
Talent Acquisition Partner , you'll be a key driver in the growth and success of CPL. Your focus will be on
sourcing, headhunting, and delivering top-tier talent
across architecture, engineering, planning, and support functions. Reporting to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and drive strategy, understand their talent needs, and use a consultative approach to identify high-impact candidates proactively. You'll bring a hunter's mindset, strategic insight, and a passion for candidate experience to help CPL continue building a high-performing and diverse team. What You'll Do Proactively develop and implement search strategies to source, identify, and engage passive candidates through a range of creative strategies. Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and strategic roles in A&E disciplines. Map talent markets, track competitive firms, and build target lists of top-tier professionals. Manage the full recruiting process from initial engagement to offer and onboarding. Conduct in-depth phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, career goals, and cultural alignment. Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, set clear hiring criteria, as well as consult on market availability, compensation trends, and candidate insights. Participate in events, industry meetups, and networking initiatives to enhance visibility. Support in the development and delivery of campus and intern recruiting programs. What You Bring Must Haves: 5+ years of proven recruiting experience, with a strategic headhunting approach Demonstrated ability to recruit a wide variety of technical roles across a national footprint. Proven success delivering a consultative approach, to develop, drive and deliver strategy. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — you're persuasive, approachable, and authentic. Nice to haves: Experience recruiting in architecture, engineering, construction, or similar fields. ADP Recruiting ATS experience. Experience designing and running campus and intern recruiting programs. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
