Job Summary Provide advanced technical expertise and engineering support for the design, implementation, and optimization of solar photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems, including smart charging solutions. Ensure high standards of system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Design, develop, optimize solar PV and energy storage systems, including integration of energy storage chargers. Conduct detailed technical analysis, simulation, and system performance evaluation. Develop and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts. Provide troubleshooting and technical support during installation, commissioning, and operation phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project execution, and product development to ensure technical accuracy. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals. Stay current with emerging technologies, standards, and best practices in solar energy and storage systems. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical discipline. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design, energy storage, or power electronics. Strong knowledge of photovoltaic system components, energy storage technologies, and smart charging devices. Experience with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and simulation tools.
