Our Metrowest digital agency is looking for a
Web Content Specialist. This role starts immediately and will be 15-20 hours a week and go until the end of October. The client is looking for support for a new healthcare website launch. Experience with Sitecore or similar CMS required for this role. We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to assist with website page building, content migration, and updates within a content management system (CMS). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team. Key Responsibilities: • Build and update web pages in a CMS, following brand and accessibility guidelines. • Support content migration efforts from legacy platforms to new CMS environments. • Ensure all content is accurate, properly formatted, and optimized for the web. • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and approve content before publication. • Perform quality assurance checks to identify and resolve content or formatting issues. Required Qualifications: • Proficient in working with web content management systems (CMS). • Previous experience in website content migration projects. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to troubleshoot issues proactively. • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or similar enterprise CMS platforms. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and web best practices.
