Design curated CMS pages to help global marketing teams navigate and discover assets in a Digital Asset Management platform.
Design and build CMS pages: Create visually appealing, brand-compliant pages within the DAM CMS that guide users to key assets and campaigns, ensuring layouts are intuitive and accessible for all experience levels
Elevate the user experience: Map and analyze user journeys to improve content discovery, search effectiveness, and navigation flows within the DAM
Work hands-on with HTML/CSS: Customize layouts, templates, and page components for optimal usability
Drive scalable solutions: Partner with internal teams to shift from one-off page creation toward reusable, scalable approaches that leverage DAM platform capabilities
Collaborate across functions: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to design experiences and enhance content findability
Support content operation: Assist with file uploads, tagging, and metadata governance to support high-priority content initiatives
Candidates who use the portion of our application called "How does this opportunity fit you?" to briefly list experience with a DAM or CMS will be given priority review (you must have some CMS experience listed on resume)
4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, content management, or digital marketing, and experience with Digital Asset Management systems
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for content layout and styling
Online portfolio demonstrating CMS page creation and visual content organization, showing a strong eye for visual design, typography, and layout
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Design, UX/UI, Library Science, Information Science, Communication Management, Archival Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities
Experience in improving taxonomy, metadata, and search experiences, and simplifying complex systems for end users
Experience with CMS (AEM, Drupal, or WordPress) and DAMs (Bynder, Orange Logic, ADAM, Frontify, or SiteCore)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools
