Architectural Project Manager (In Office)

Job Description Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is immediately hiring for a Project Manager with 5+ years of proven experience working in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, Office, and Mixed Use projects. The ideal candidate should have operative knowledge of Building + ADA codes, with drive and ability to manage multiple projects from construction documentation through administration. Candidate Requirements: 5 years of experience managing commercial projects Advanced AutoCAD skills with knowledge of Sketch-Up + Revit Proactive coordination congruent to Principal involvement Ability to lead well in a team environment Synchronizes with team to meet Code and Zoning requirements Versed with California Building Codes and Title 24 Code Compliance Standard ADA Code knowledge with ability to complete ADA Survey Industry practice of commonly used concepts, standards, and procedures Able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics High level of organization and attention to detail ***In Office Only*** Company Description Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is a well-respected Orange County, CA Architecture firm.
