Job Description The Gupta College of Business invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position. Depending on the applicant's credentials, an appointment at the Associate Professor level without tenure may be considered. The successful candidate will teach leadership theory, management, and integrated business courses at various levels, conduct leadership research for peer-reviewed publications, chair student dissertations, engage in service, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

The position begins in August 2026.

Responsibilities

Teach 9 credit hours per semester, typically three courses, with two to three preparations.

Deliver courses in on-ground, online (synchronous and asynchronous), and hybrid formats to undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students.

Develop and deliver courses based on best practices in management and leadership education.

Maintain student attendance, grades, and other records.

Hold regular office hours to advise and assist students.

Assess course and program learning outcomes.

Engage students in outcomes-based educational activities.
