Job Description The Gupta College of Business seeks applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position. Depending on the applicant's credentials, the appointment may be at the Associate Professor level without tenure. The successful candidate will teach management and integrated business courses at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels, incorporating Catholic social teaching and virtue ethics. Responsibilities include conducting peer-reviewed research, chairing student dissertations, engaging in service, and collaborating effectively with colleagues. The position begins in August 2026.

Primary Responsibilities

Teach 9 course credit hours per semester (usually three courses), with two to three preparations per semester.

Deliver courses in on-ground, online (synchronous and asynchronous), and hybrid formats to diverse student levels.

Develop and deliver courses incorporating management best practices, Catholic social teaching, and virtue ethics.

Maintain student attendance, grades, and other required records.

Maintain regular office hours for advising and student assistance.

Assess course and program learning outcomes.

Engage students and participate in outcomes-based education.
