Position Overview :The Chief Marketing Officer drives business growth for multiple business divisions within the company through strategic marketing initiatives and brand management.Ideal candidates for this position have proven experience leveraging a deep understanding of retail mortgage originations to design targeted marketing campaigns, have the ability to collaborate with business partners across the organization, and are data-driven and innovative. Essential Functions of the Role :
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth. Provide strategic direction for brand positioning. Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing objectives with business goals and initiatives. Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, public relations, and brand management. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Create comprehensive lead generation programs across multiple channels to support growth. Lead data analytics initiatives to measure marketing return on investment and optimize campaign performance Ensure compliance with financial services marketing regulations and fair lending practices. Other duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
Deep knowledge of retail originations, the products and the regulatory environment Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies Ability to drive multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and relationship-based approaches. Ability to work across organizational boundaries Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and data interpretations skills Proven ability to delegate and motivate team members Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task High attention to detail Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools Experience Requirements :
Ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience required. Minimum five (5) years retail originations experience required. Education/Licensing Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or the equivalent experience required . Working Conditions :
Collaborative team environment. Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant. Requires normal hearing levels (corrected). Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending. Works effectively with frequent interruptions. Lifting requirements of 25 lbs. occasionally. Casual dress code.
