What you’ll do
Implement BU/SBU market and product line strategies to achieve BU/SBU financial goals Implement global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and eBusiness strategy Conduct market research and create ideation of potential new products Identify long-term marketing opportunities, develop strategies and plans for growth Conduct portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential, profitability, and competition Align and match market unmet needs with innovation activities; collaborate with innovation team on project status and resource allocation Support and ensure alignment with global SBU strategies & coordinate on marketing, pricing, placement, etc. Acts as point of contact for the brand on a regional and global level Act as project lead for color segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Packaging Prepare presentations, innovation packages, and documents for regular internal meetings and for external customer needs
