Job Description:

As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will: Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve hurdles Lead training and development activities, tools, and routines aligned with the national program to enhance Advisor Trainee productivity Personally support ADP participants requiring heightened assistance to succeed Reinforce compliance, supervision, and risk management of ADP participants and their activities Lead pipeline management routines and coach on pipeline execution Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships Assist leaders in implementing effective performance management, including goal setting, incentives, and recognition mechanisms Support market results while maintaining consistency with national programs Coach and develop advisor trainees, building relationships across the franchise and advising on strategic business drivers Support sales force expansion by executing growth plans and recruitment strategies Administer sales supervision practices within the market Responsibilities:

Attract, recruit, and retain an effective sales and operations team Build strong relationships and partner effectively across the organization Interact effectively with senior management Work across organizational boundaries efficiently Exhibit strong influencing and leadership skills Be self-motivated and proactive, managing multiple priorities Balance business and corporate perspectives with sound judgment Proven track record of coaching and performance improvement Drive integration across solutions and achieve results through sales management Build trusted relationships with key partners and clients Be adaptable as a change agent in a fast-paced environment Communicate strategic and tactical goals clearly at all levels Require 3+ years of industry experience with a leading firm Require 5+ years of experience in sales, team leadership, and coaching Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses; Series 9 & 10 or equivalent within 120 days if not currently held Travel as required depending on geography Must be at least 18 years old
