We are seeking a technically focused Ad Tech/Ad Ops Manager to lead our mobile attribution strategy and drive complex technical implementations across our advertising ecosystem. This role is heavily centered on mobile measurement, deep linking architecture, and technical campaign operations. The ideal candidate will be an AppsFlyer expert with deep technical knowledge of mobile attribution, OneLink management, and cross-platform tracking implementations. You'll be responsible for the technical backbone of our advertising operations, ensuring accurate measurement, seamless user experiences through deep linking, and robust technical integrations across all major advertising platforms, including CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Mobile Attribution & Deep Linking Configure and manage AppsFlyer mobile measurement and attribution platform

Set up and maintain OneLink campaigns for unified attribution and deep linking

Implement and troubleshoot deep link strategies across mobile applications

Monitor attribution data quality and resolve discrepancies across measurement partners

Technical Operations Manage ad trafficking, creative trafficking, and campaign tracking setup across multiple platforms

Implement tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and audience creation

Coordinate with development teams on SDK implementations and technical integrations

Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign delivery and measurement

Privacy & Compliance Ensure all advertising activities comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, iOS 14.5+ changes)

Implement privacy-compliant tracking solutions and measurement methodologies

Stay current with evolving privacy landscape and platform policy changes

Document privacy practices and maintain compliance protocols

What are we looking for? 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ad tech, ad operations, or digital marketing technology

Proven experience working in regulated industries with strong understanding of privacy in advertising

Expert-level proficiency with AppsFlyer mobile attribution platform

Demonstrated experience with OneLink setup, management, and optimization

Strong understanding of deep linking strategies and mobile app attribution

Platform Expertise Hands-on experience managing ad tech on Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, TTD (The Trade Desk), Amazon, and Google, et.al

Working knowledge of various platform specific pixels and integration with google tag manager (GTM)

CRM tools like Braze and Optimove

Technical Skills Understanding of mobile SDKs, API integrations, and tracking implementations

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and basic coding for ad tracking

Experience with data analysis tools and attribution modeling

Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and demand side platforms (DSPs), and server side platforms (SSPs)

Privacy & Compliance Knowledge Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations

Experience with iOS 14.5+ privacy changes and SKAdNetwork

Knowledge of consent management platforms and privacy-compliant measurement

Understanding of first-party data strategies and cookieless solutions

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Computer Science, or related field

Experience with additional DSPs beyond The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Knowledge of server-to-server (S2S) tracking and measurement solutions

Experience with Segment CPD preferred

Experience in real money gaming, financial services, healthcare, or other heavily regulated industries
