This position requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for our clientele. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service Lead by example with service, dedication, positivity, and energy Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and positive culture Mentor, motivate, and train staff through performance reviews Implement and revise training materials and sessions Follow policies and procedures for customer service, staff management, inventory, cash handling, compliance, and safety Identify and develop process improvements for growth Maintain store scheduling to optimize revenue and control costs Perform inventory audits and record sales accurately Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations Build vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels Ensure accurate cash handling Guide patients and employees on cannabis products and dosing Handle concerns and complaints diplomatically Maintain knowledge of cannabis forms, effects, and quality metrics Present a professional image Abide by city and state regulations Manage deliveries and purchase orders Complete assigned daily and weekly tasks Maintain store cleanliness and organization Create attractive displays and merchandising Troubleshoot MJ Freeway, coupons, and patient issues Evaluate competitors’ stores Support team building and employee initiatives Assist with events and specials Report issues to management in real-time Ensure store compliance and support company mission and culture WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High School diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality Minimum five years in dispensary, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service Strong computer skills and experience with POS and credit card systems Critical thinking, attention to detail, and math skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Perform desk-based computer tasks Sitting and standing frequently Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Work in a moderate to loud environment WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER
