Requirements: - Sales Experience: Background in B2B sales and client relationship development. - Client Acquisition: Experience with new client acquisition and deal closing. - Sales Techniques: Understanding of sales and negotiation methodologies. - Location: Based in San Francisco or New York. Additional skills preferred: - Industry Experience: Experience selling staff augmentation or technology services. - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes. - Outsourcing Background: Experience in the software outsourcing industry. - Remote Work: Experience working remotely. - Regional Familiarity: Knowledge of LATAM software outsourcing. - Management Experience: Sales team management background.
