What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms - Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to identify customer challenges and use cases - Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value - Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers - Provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams to enhance offerings

What is Required (Qualifications): - 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role - Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify - Strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON) - Proven experience conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions - Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Confidence and experience in engaging executive-level stakeholders - ServiceNow or other relevant cloud platform certifications - Experience within U.S. industry verticals such as manufacturing, telecommunications, or technology
