FinTech systems process large-scale data sets, eliminating thousands of hours of manual work for global Accounting and Finance teams. Our systems leverage the latest technologies from the AWS stack, providing engineers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.

We are looking for a Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Solution Architect with expertise in end-to-end solution design, building, and supporting Financial Consolidation processes using HFM. The engineer will collaborate across Amazon engineering and business teams to simplify the consolidation process and enhance user experience for our global customers.

Key job responsibilities

Experience with HFM application development and maintenance, including understanding accounting requirements and writing complex business rules for consolidation in USGAAP, IFRS, and local statutory GAAP across multiple geographies.

Understanding and troubleshooting Essbase accounting cubes (both BSO and ASO).

Experience with DRM chart of accounts hierarchies and their integration with HFM and Essbase, and their impact on the consolidation process.

Experience with integration tools such as ODI/FDMEE, scripting, and PL/SQL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.

2+ years in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.

10+ years of IT development or consulting experience in software or internet industries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in software development or internet-related industries.

Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.

Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
