The selected candidate will be responsible for successful cost estimating, design, implementation, launch, and continuous improvement for all assigned manufacturing equipment and processes that produce the company’s products. The role involves leading or being key in development and design projects, solving a broad range of problems, and collaborating with other functions. Primary Responsibilities
Performs Cost Estimating & Sales Feasibility Research & development of new technologies, materials, and capital equipment Tooling and fixture design, validation, and management Program/Project management responsibilities Manage tool room employees and activities Process support & troubleshooting Vendor selection and development Technical evaluation and innovation Design Verification testing Risk identification and mitigation Technical team leadership and support Ensure safety and regulatory compliance Establish area goals aligned with strategic initiatives Other Responsibilities
Support IATF initiatives Coordinate safety efforts Stay updated on industry materials and technologies Direct Reports
Tooling group Automation group Requirements and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD software Ability to work individually and in teams Self-motivated, goal-driven, proactive Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Creative Liquid Coatings is a TS 16949 certified manufacturer specializing in Injection Molding, Chrome Plating, and Painting of automotive components. Equipped with machines from 100 Tons to 5000 Tons, handling a range of materials from commodity to engineered thermoplastics. Seniority level
