position in San Francisco and perfect for anyone that has an interest in fashion, the arts and working in higher education. Front Desk Duties Provide exceptional customer service for faculty, students, staff, and guests of ArtU by answering any questions and directing traffic as needed Answer calls, handle mail (both incoming and outgoing), redirecting to appropriate person with the Academy, and maintain department files Calendar set up and appointment scheduling for Directors and Full-Tim Faculty in electronic calendar system Assist with special events as needed Oversee schedule of College work-study students and delegate duties as needed Order and stock office supplies for two buildings Ensure office is always organized Administration / Curriculum Support Coordinate with other departments such as Academic Support Department & Curriculum Process maintenance and signage requests for two buildings, maintain master requisition log and maintain master contact list for faculty and staff Assist Directors and full-time faculty, including new hires, with various curriculum forms in a timely manner Approve student flyers for posting Faculty / Academic Support Serve as liaison between faculty and administration Using LMS track grade and attendance along with watching midpoint and final review for scheduling meetings throughout the semester Work with faculty to arrange travel and expense reporting Work closely with faculty, keeping them updated on department announcements, meetings, grades, guest speakers and student actors Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned Student Support and Maintaining Departmental Equipment Liaison with Student Reps and Instructors answering questions as needed and assisting in collecting and returning projects; assist faculty requests for student auditions, shoots, and rehearsals Oversee all equipment for two building scheduling maintenance and servicing of equipment, and tracking inventory.

Qualifications Proficiency with Adobe Suite, MS Office, and MacBook preferred with the ability to learn new computer programs quickly. At least one year of experience in an office setting.
