What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage and support sustainability projects related to new construction and existing building operations - Lead project meetings, charrettes, and presentations to clients - Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals to achieve green building certifications - Conduct project job site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with sustainable design specifications - Manage project-related documentation and financials, including invoices and scopes
What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy efficiency - BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador certifications - Familiarity with GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, and ENERGY STAR - Experience with embodied carbon and sustainable material specification - Knowledge of building HVAC systems and Net Zero initiatives - Proficiency in project management technology tools
