What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead project meetings, charrettes, and presentations to drive project success - Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals for projects - Complete documentation for green building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL) - Provide written and oral communication to design teams, owners, and contractors - Manage project financials and independently oversee projects of varying sizes
What is Required (Qualifications): - 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy efficiency - BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or a related field - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience - Experience with embodied carbon or sustainable material specification - Familiarity with GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, and related standards - Experience with building HVAC systems, Net Zero, Passive House, and Zero Waste concepts
