$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. Responsible for contributing to the execution of MEAU’s workforce strategy. Acting as the primary point of contact for job applicants, ensure a seamless hiring process that attracts and retains high-performing employees who align with MEAU’s values. Work within the talent acquisition function to continuously improve upon our internal processes and candidate experience by scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, organizing new hire orientation, arranging career fairs, and assisting with a variety of other recruitment-related tasks. This role will also manage the life cycle for our temporary workforce. Additionally, responsible for supporting HR department efforts for a variety of administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, assisting with major department initiatives and projects, data entry and invoice processing. You are comfortable using applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruitment-related software. The listed salary range is approximate and reflects the anticipated compensation for this position as determined by salary analysis; both internal and external to MEAU. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills and experience. Compensation may also vary due to market factors. MEAU retains the right to adjust compensation based on business needs.
