Responsibilities

Send payments and aftermarket contracts to the appropriate agency.

Check for completeness and signatures on all required documentation.

Verify that all new vehicle sales have been reported sale to appropriate manufacturer.

Report sale of certified used vehicle to appropriate manufacturer.

Verify submission of all new vehicle incentives.

Process aftermarket cancellations and issue refunds to appropriate parties.

Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Highly organized and eager to improve

Willingness to take initiative

Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks easily

Ability to provide quality customer service

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
