Magnolia Companies . Magnolia Companies, specifically Joseph J. Magnolia (JJM), is seeking an experienced HVACR Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively using various forms of technology. This role requires proficiency in computer and iPad usage, as well as a solid understanding of construction documents and manufacturer's literature. Responsibilities include: Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems in accordance with industry standards. Interpreting and comprehending construction documents and manufacturer's literature. Utilizing technology effectively for communication and documentation purposes. Managing team, multiple jobs, and scheduling. Troubleshooting and performing warranty work on installed equipment. Start-up of equipment and assisting manufacturer's technicians with start-up procedures. Performing tests on all HVAC systems including refrigeration. Qualifications: Journeyman HVAC license. Understanding of electric and electrical codes including high voltage. Understanding of HVAC and Mechanical codes. Journeyman Gasfitter certification. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
