We're looking for a
Business Analyst - Technology & Data Solutions to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve our systems, data usage, and workflow efficiency. This role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution - ideal for someone who can understand business needs, work with data, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement technology-driven solutions.

Core Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis Analyze business operations, workflows, and pain points across teams (finance, operations, customer service, sales). Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical or functional specifications. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system optimization. Data & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BIto support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure data accuracy, usability, and accessibility. Combine data from multiple systems to create unified views and actionable insights. Technology Solutions & Automation
Support or lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools and platforms that improve business performance. Create low-code/no-code automations using platforms like Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar tools. Assist in integrating key systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ZohoCRM, Point of Rental) through APIs or middleware solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication. Lead or support user acceptance testing, training, and documentation for new solutions or enhancements. Help drive change management efforts to support adoption of new systems or processes. Innovation & Emerging Tech
Stay informed on emerging tools, data technologies, and AI capabilities relevant to business operations. Help identify and assess new opportunities for AI use cases (e.g., document processing, forecasting, chatbots) based on ROI and business impact. Compensation & Benefits

3-5 years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or systems/process improvement roles Strong understanding of business operations and cross-departmental workflows Hands-on experience with Power BIor other BI tools; solid data visualization skills Familiarity with automation platforms(e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make) Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud-based tools (SQL or Python a plus) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks, ZohoCRM, PowerBI, Point of Rental, or similar systems Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Self-Motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Must lead with a positive influence Must be able to assess situations and make decisions based on urgency and risk Must be able to set priorities, determine strategies and solve problems Thrives in team environment and team collaborated group efforts Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
