Social Media Coordinator
Compensation: $50-$65k Annually
Hybrid - 2-3 days in office: 3940 N. Ravenswood, Chicago, IL
Responsibilities Manage and maintain Loan Officer membership within the internal Social Media program across Rate, Guaranteed Rate Affinity and OriginPoint, maintaining compliance standards. Responsibilities include: Sign-Ups Terms/Cancellations Reactivations Manage and maintain the Social Media team inboxes. Responsibilities include managing both Loan Officer and internal questions about both social & the program. Questions could include, but not limited to: Social media platform and program updates Questions regarding social media strategies Any issues with platform and/or program access Questions regarding Web Marketing within CRM systems Schedule and execute content for the Social Media program by utilizing content calendars (i.e. Smartsheet) and the content publishing tool (i.e. Sprinklr). Support Social Media Manager with Bi-Weekly Social Media Trainings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Writing Social Media Tip of the Week for internal emails Creating and executing weekly articles via Sharepoint Creating bi-weekly training decks using PowerPoint Support Social Media Manager with internal Social Media team web page. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Updating and creating PDF guides Utilizing Loom to create How-To videos Maintain and manage approvals within our CRM content library (Total Expert) Understand all relevant internal tools (i.e. Evocalize, Total Expert, etc.) to best support Loan Officers in their digital online efforts Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years' full-time work experience Must have a Facebook account and basic understanding of Facebook Pages (Classic and New Experience), LinkedIn and Instagram. TikTok, X and Threads experience is a plus. Customer service experience a must. Must have strong verbal skills. Understanding of content publishing systems (Sprinklr, Sprout Social or Hootsuite preferred) Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Sharepoint) Strong written skills. Experience writing captions, briefs, creating PowerPoint decks, blog articles, etc. Must have strong work ethic, organizational skills, ability to adapt and to work with a team Must have strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs/systems quickly. Bonus: Experience with Smartsheet, Workfront and Total Expert
