to optimize campaigns, uncover opportunities, and drive scalable pipeline. What You’ll Do You will
own demand generation end-to-end , from strategy to execution and analysis: Define a demand generation strategy that drives the pipeline for sales-led growth and supports emerging product-led initiatives. Build the roadmap for scaling demand across enterprise and strategic accounts, as well as free and open-source user segments. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid search and social, ABM, webinars, events, SEO, email nurtures). Experiment with new tactics and channels to capture the attention of AI engineers, developers, technical leaders and enterprise decision-makers. Own audience segmentation, messaging alignment, and campaign orchestration across the funnel Sales & Developer Relations Alignment Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, lead SLAs, and feedback loops. Develop joint strategies for account-based marketing, pipeline acceleration, and enterprise engagement. Collaborate closely with the DevRel team to ensure demand generation efforts amplify community programs, leverage insights from technical audiences, and convert engagement into qualified pipeline. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar), and analytics platforms. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Ops & Enablement to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions on where to invest or adjust. Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, CRM integrations, attribution tools) to ensure seamless campaign execution and visibility. Maintain accurate tracking and attribution of leads throughout the funnel. What We're Looking For

of driving pipeline growth
through multi-channel campaigns that fuel both sales-led and product-led go-to-market motions. Experience nurturing open-source and self-serve users
into enterprise users. Analytical mindset

Background in AI/ML, developer tools, or data infrastructure products. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $160,000 to $210,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support. While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person.
