We are hiring an Accounting Clerk! As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries, resolving billing disputes, performing month-end duties, and preparing daily receivables to support the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial performance. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests Researching and resolving billing disputes efficiently Completing all month-end responsibilities, including report preparation and billing Preparing and posting daily receivables from event contracts and balancing totals to the General Ledger Verifying receiving tickets, purchase orders, and invoices for proper coding and approval Reviewing final statements for accuracy, correcting errors, and mailing sales contracts timely Preparing journal entries Handling guest service calls and correspondence via email, fax, or mail Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with basic accounting knowledge. Computer literacy, good communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in English, mathematical skills, and experience with current software programs are essential. Prior Accounts Receivable and Collections experience is a plus. Benefits
