Warehouse Specialist I Locations: Tustin, California; Costa Mesa, California; Irvine, California; Santa Ana, California; Westminster, California Position at SBM Management SBM Management is seeking a Warehouse Specialist I. The role involves safely receiving, storing, shipping, and issuing equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools. The specialist will also maintain stock records in the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Perform administrative and physical tasks involved in receiving indirect/expense materials for Gilead sites, including documentation, Oracle transactions, physical movement, email communication, and forklift operation. Handle Oracle transactions related to receipt of materials, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations. Support the receipt of raw materials and components for Gilead operations. Notify relevant departments upon receipt of items. Conduct physical inspections of incoming shipments to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork. Record deviations and escalate issues to supervisors to ensure timely delivery and return of unsuitable orders. Take independent actions to ensure on-time delivery and initiate returns for rejected items. Coordinate with internal departments for efficient distribution of materials. Adhere to SOPs and cGMPs, and comply with safety procedures. Work on routine tasks and communicate workload progress proactively. Pick and pull materials based on Oracle Pick List. Prepare shipments for verification and support FedEx/UPS pickups. Pack products according to SOPs, palletize, V-Board, and shrink-wrap outbound shipments. Perform end-of-day inventory checks and load trailers. Handle transactions related to distribution processes, troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications Valid Drivers license required. Completion of all safety and task training certifications. High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Compensation:
