Warehouse Specialist I Operations Frontline Jobs in Tustin, California; Costa Mesa, California; Irvine, California; Santa Ana, California; Westminster, California Description Position at SBM Management SBM Management is seeking a Warehouse Specialist I! The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for safely receiving, storing, shipping, and issuing equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools. They will also compile stock records in the stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Perform basic administrative and physical tasks involved in receiving indirect/expense materials destined for Gilead sites: coordinate receipt documentation, use MSCA or desktop applications, physically move and deliver goods, communicate via email with vendors/carriers to resolve issues, and operate forklifts. Perform Oracle transactions related to receipt of all indirect/expense materials, including troubleshooting to rectify issues that could affect Gilead timelines. Support the receipt of raw materials and components for Gilead operations through physical tasks. Notify relevant departments upon receipt of items. Support the physical examination of incoming shipments, products, or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperwork. Identify deviations, record them, and escalate to supervisors to ensure on-time delivery and return of rejected or unsuitable orders. Take independent actions to ensure on-time delivery and initiate returns for rejected or unsuitable orders. Coordinate with internal departments for quick and accurate distribution of indirect/expense materials. Adhere to SOPs and cGMPs consistently. Follow all safety procedures and practices. Work on routine tasks and proactively communicate workload progress. Pick/pull materials based on Oracle Pick List. Prepare shipments for verification from Gilead FTE. Pack products according to SOPs. Support FedEx/UPS during pickup and scanning. Palletize, V-Board, and shrink-wrap outbound shipments. Perform end-of-day inventory checks. Load trailers. Perform distribution transactions through internal and external computer systems, troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications Valid Drivers license required. Completed all safety and task training certifications. High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Compensation:
