Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the full recruitment cycle and will excel at building strong relationships with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking. Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the ATS. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Represent Plutus Health at career fairs, networking events, and other talent outreach initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies. Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, HR, or related field). 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare or RCM industry experience is a plus. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruiting tools/platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities. Proficient in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality. What We Offer
