About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our finance team. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume vendor invoices and employee expense reports in accordance with company policies Review and verify invoice accuracy, coding, and approvals Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure completeness Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies or payment issues Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of GAAP and internal control procedures Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Seniority level
