Elearning Developer
As an eLearning Developer, you will lead the creation of high-quality, interactive digital learning assets that drive business performance and elevate the learner experience. This role blends advanced instructional design with graphic artistry and learning technology to deliver engaging, on-brand, and results-driven content. In this role, you'll transform instructional blueprints and learning architecture into dynamic, polished digital learning assets. Working closely with curriculum specialists and subject matter experts, you'll use your creative and technical skills to develop engaging eLearning modules, microlearning content, video, and digital media that enhance the learner experience and support business performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a seasoned eLearning professional who can balance creativity and strategy with attention to detail and technical execution. Responsibilities Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to translate learning objectives into engaging digital experiences. Propose instructional strategies such as scenario-based learning, gamification, microlearning, and simulations tailored to audience and business needs. Develop high-quality, interactive, and accessible eLearning content including complex branching scenarios, simulations, animations, and assessments aligned with business and performance objectives. Apply best practices in visual communication, UX/UI design, cognitive load theory, and accessibility to ensure content is intuitive, inclusive, and impactful. Design and implement custom graphics, animations, and UI elements to enhance the learner experience. Edit and incorporate audio/video content including voiceovers, screen recordings, and explainer videos. Leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia to build and publish engaging digital learning experiences. Use SCORM/xAPI standards to ensure compatibility with the LMS (Docebo experience preferred). Conduct thorough quality checks, test courses in staging environments, and troubleshoot design, playback, or accessibility issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates, design systems, and development workflows within the learning team. Things We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience developing eLearning content or digital training materials Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, etc.) Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and experience publishing content to an LMS Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for enhanced content functionality Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments Degree in Digital Media, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Instructional Media, or related field Experience working in Docebo LMS or similar enterprise learning platforms, a plus Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards in digital design, a plus Prior experience building learning content based on instructional blueprints or storyboards created by others, a plus Candidates must submit a portfolio to be considered for the role and should expect to deliver a portfolio review as part of the interview process.
