Job Summary: FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is part of the Global ERP & Enterprise Services team within the FDB IT Department, focusing on delivering stable, efficient, and compliant IT services. The ServiceNow Developer/Architect will manage and enhance the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliability, security, and adherence to IT processes while supporting internal customers and contributing to IT projects. Responsibilities: Provision of timely and effective support to ensure the satisfaction of internal customers. Responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of systems/technologies under your management. Keeping up to date with technological advancements and implementing system and process improvements in your area. Adherence to ITIL or relevant IT service management (ITSM) frameworks is expected, along with the responsibility for documenting and refining IT processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Compile technology related documentation for GxP and critical IT technologies. Participate in system validation and testing processes as required. Approve validation documentation together with relevant ITQ. Manage your own or contribute to larger IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget. Employing best practices in project management. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree with a preference for additional certifications relevant to the role; significant experience in the IT field. or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 5+ years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform Proven experience with ServiceNow architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices for performance optimization and security Collaboration with cross functional teams to support and improve IT services Project management skills to drive own optimization projects and participate in projects in cooperation with vendors and other team members Ability to adapt quickly to a changing and growing organization Customer service skills to maintain and operate the ServiceNow platform Strong attention to detail Company: For over 30 years, FUJIFILM Biotechnologys mission has been advancing tomorrows medicine.
