Job Description: Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with 1–2+ years of experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a busy legal environment where priorities may shift daily. While experience in litigation is preferred, the firm is open to training motivated paralegals from personal injury backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in managing litigation cases, including calendar management and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial Review, summarize, and organize medical records, bills, and legal documents Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Maintain case files, docket key dates, and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate with clients and medical providers to gather case documentation Participate in discovery and trial preparation Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys and collaborate with fellow paralegals Qualifications: 1–2 years of legal experience, ideally within personal injury or litigation Strong understanding of basic legal terminology and legal procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Additional Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time; 1 remote day per week (flexible, planned weekly) Business Casual dress code Perks: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (BCBS PPO plan) 401(k) Annual holiday bonus Paid Time Off: 5 personal/vacation days + 5 sick days (flexible policy in compliance with Chicago law) Social, team-based work culture Opportunity for long-term growth and professional development within the firm Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
