Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. $115,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities:
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications:
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry An established track record of successful real estate sales Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred About Company Welcome to Crosstown Realtors, where we're revolutionizing the real estate industry, offering unmatched service and expertise.
