Position Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving the growth of ARCO Restoration by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This position focuses on building strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, realtors, commercial clients, and other referral sources, while promoting the companys restoration and reconstruction services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and cultivate new business leads through cold calls, email campaigns, in-person visits, and networking events. Develop a pipeline of potential commercial and residential referral sources (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.). Relationship Building Maintain regular contact with existing clients and referral partners to foster loyalty and repeat business. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ARCO Restoration. Sales Strategy Execution Assist in creating and executing a territory or target-market strategy. Track and report outreach activities, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM or designated system. Marketing Support Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and educational content to prospects and partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging. Client Support & Coordination Act as a liaison between new clients and operations team to ensure smooth project onboarding. Follow up post-project to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or reviews. Reporting & Metrics Track weekly/monthly activity including calls, visits, and new accounts established. Provide weekly reports to leadership on market feedback and opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or marketing experience (restoration industry a plus). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry. Understanding of industry platforms like Alacrity, Contractor Connection, etc. Work Environment: Regular travel throughout assigned territory. Attendance at occasional after-hours networking events. Base salary plus commission or bonus structure.
