Eggleston King Davis LLP is seeking a full-time litigation associate attorney to practice in Texas and California state and/or federal courts. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience in complex civil litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and managing all aspects of litigation. Experience in case management, client interaction, and trial work, particularly as first or second chair, should be highlighted in the cover letter. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy development Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation plans and tactics Manage case files, deadlines, and document production in compliance with legal standards Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Successful completion of the Texas Bar exam Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar Effective writing skills with attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Minimum of 5 years of legal experience Compensation
