Part-Time Family Law Paralegal
MetroWest, MA (Onsite | Free Parking) 15–20 hrs/week | Flexible Schedule Are you an experienced family law or litigation paralegal looking for a part-time role with flexibility and long-term potential? A well-established Family Law firm in the MetroWest, MA area is seeking a Part-Time Paralegal to support 2 Attorneys. This is an onsite, client-facing role with lots of responsibility and room to grow — ideal for someone who’s self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. About the Role Manage and organize discovery (drafting is a big plus) Track deadlines, manage calendars, and monitor court notices Engage with clients regularly — empathy and initiative are key Support family law files from start to finish (Family Law preferred, Civil Litigation welcomed) What They’re Looking For 2–3+ years of litigation experience (Family Law ideal) Proficiency with MS Office (Clio and SharePoint are a plus — but trainable!)
