is looking for a
highly motivated Paralegal
to join their team. This role is essential to daily operations, working closely with attorneys and clients and contributing to the firm’s growth and process improvement. The ideal candidate brings initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to take ownership of their work. Experience in
civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and/or employment law
is highly preferred. Responsibilities
Greet office visitors and clients; answer phones and respond to emails promptly Conduct client intake, including tracking medical treatments and providers Support multiple attorneys with scheduling meetings and managing court dockets Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather information E-file pleadings and court documents Draft motions and assist with legal document preparation Coordinate the collection of medical records Organize and manage case files and deadlines Bonus: Ability to prepare medical chronologies is a major plus Qualifications
Paralegal experience relevant to civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and/or employment law How to apply
