Review immigration applications and packets. Manage a team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations. Provide legal analysis to determine possible case benefits. Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases. Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law. Team player open to collaboration and strategizing with associates. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Proven ability to manage a caseload and move legal cases forward. Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers. Experience with Case Management Software preferred. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Admitted to practice law. Skills
