Consular Processing Attorney
position within a premier law firm with room for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
As the
Consular Processing Attorney , you will report to the Sr. Associate Attorney, manage your caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with our Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants.
Responsibilities
Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa. Prepare clients for their consulate interview.
Represent clients before USCIS.
Review immigration applications and packets.
Manage a team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations.
Provide legal analysis to determine case benefits.
Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.
Qualifications
1 to 4 years of Immigration Law experience.
A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating with colleagues.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Proven ability to move cases forward and manage a caseload.
Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers.
Experience with Case Management Software is a plus.
Pay Range: $75,000 to $110,000 annually.
