Summary: Intech Anchoring is seeking a motivated Inside BDR to drive early-stage business development by identifying and qualifying leads, and supporting ongoing outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a technical sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential customers (contractors, engineers, developers) Cold call, email, and engage prospects through CRM/marketing tools Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments for Territory Managers Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing Help develop territory intelligence and track key project developments Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in sales, construction, or technical industries preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and organized Comfortable with CRM tools and prospecting software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Basic understanding of construction or geotechnical systems is a plus Please Note:
