The Role: Dental Operations Manager We’re seeking a dynamic Dental Operations Manager to oversee operations across our Concord and Charlotte locations. As the backbone of our practice, you’ll ensure seamless workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and a thriving team culture. This role demands leadership, adaptability, and empathy, aligned with our best-practice competency profile. You’ll manage administrative, financial, and clinical support functions while championing our holistic dental philosophy.

Key Responsibilities: Lead People and Coordinate Groups:

Lead and harmonize diverse teams by coordinating staff schedules, allocating resources, and controlling workflows to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Cope with Change and Adapt to New Challenges:

Adapt to evolving industry trends, regulations, and technologies (e.g., FUSE and EagleSoft software), tolerating uncertainty to maintain practice agility and compliance with IAOMT, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Make Things Happen with Initiative:

Drive practice success by using initiative and investing energy in operational improvements, proactively addressing challenges to achieve outstanding results. Produce Innovative Ideas and Solutions:

Invent new approaches and adopt radical solutions to enhance patient care programs, streamline processes, and promote community health initiatives. Show Empathy and Listen Actively:

Understand patient and staff motivations, showing empathy in resolving concerns and fostering trust to deliver exceptional, patient-centered experiences. Behave Ethically and Maintain Confidentiality:

Act with integrity in all financial, operational, and patient interactions, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards to build trust.

Additional Requirements: Education & Experience:

Associate or Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field; 3+ years in dental or healthcare operations management preferred. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Fuse, Microsoft Office) and electronic health records. Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with dental procedures, preventive care, and compliance with regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, IAOMT standards).
